Emerging the Equity and Fairness of Zakaat over Taxation

During the 9th century, Zakah has been levied in Madina as compulsory payment under rule of Prophet Muhammad. colonial era, taxes were being government revenue to accomplish objectives. The aim this paper is examine conceptually equity and fairness available over taxation. Findings show that should be recognized an fair mode payment.
